Morocco Hot Air Balloon Rides
At Morocco Hot Air Balloon Rides, we are committed to delivering a safe and exceptional hot air balloon experience in Marrakech, Morocco. Due to the nature of hot air balloon flights, weather conditions may affect operations.
By booking with us, you agree to the following refund and cancellation terms.
1. Weather-Dependent Activity
Hot air balloon flights are strictly weather-dependent for safety reasons.
Flights may be canceled or rescheduled due to:
- Strong winds
- Poor visibility
- Rain or storms
- Unsafe landing conditions
- Civil aviation restrictions
Safety is our absolute priority.
2. Cancellation by Customer
You may cancel your booking under the following conditions:
- More than 48 hours before flight → Full refund
- 24–48 hours before flight → 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours before flight → No refund
No-shows are non-refundable.
3. Cancellation Due to Weather
If we cancel your flight due to unsafe weather conditions:
You may choose between:
- ✔ Rescheduling to the next available date
- ✔ Full refund of the paid amount
Refunds are processed via the original payment method (Stripe).
4. Late Arrival Policy
Guests must be ready at the confirmed pickup time.
Late arrival may result in missed flight and will not be eligible for refund.
5. Refund Processing Time
Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank.
6. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for cancellations due to:
- Government restrictions
- Natural disasters
- Political instability
- Aviation authority decisions
In such cases, we may offer rescheduling when possible.
