Pickup from your Marrakech hotel or riad is between 4:30am and 5:30am for the first flight. At the field you get welcome drinks, a safety briefing with the pilot, then around an hour in the air over palm groves and nearby Berber villages.
Riders for the quad half need to be at least 16. Younger family members may be able to join the balloon only, so share ages when you enquire.
After the flight you return to base for an open buffet breakfast and a flight certificate. This pause sits between the calm morning in the basket and the more active afternoon on the bikes.
If the balloon cannot fly, the team will contact you early. The quad portion can usually still go ahead as planned.
The quad session starts with a safety briefing, hire bike and kit. You then ride for about two hours on open tracks, palm groves and rural paths, with guides staying with the group.

GETTING THERE
You are collected very early from your hotel or riad in Marrakech, usually around 5:30 to 6am, for the transfer to the Palmeraie balloon launch site. Many riads sit on pedestrian lanes, so the driver may park nearby and meet you on foot for the pre-dawn pickup.
After the quad biking session later in the day, you are dropped back at the nearest accessible point to your accommodation. Share your hotel or riad name and a mobile number when you enquire so pickup logistics stay simple.
