Booking terms, cancellation and refunds.

Every flight on this site is booked through Adventuro, the system Barbaro Transport SARL runs its bookings on. This page covers what happens after you pay: how to change or cancel, and where the rules differ from one flight to the next.

HOW BOOKING WORKS

The team runs the flight. Adventuro handles the booking.

Picking a date, choosing ticket types, paying and getting your confirmation all happen in the Adventuro booking window, which opens over this site.

Barbaro Transport SARL is the operator. The pilots, the drivers and the ground crew are theirs. Ask the office about pickup, ages in your group, or an extra passenger.

To change or cancel, open Find your booking and use the details you booked under. Refunds follow the policy attached to the flight you booked, set out below.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

The rules are set per flight

A cancellation policy is published against each product in the booking system, and they are not all the same. Every one of the 5 below is reproduced from that system, and between them they cover all 10 flights on this site. The one that applies to your trip is shown on its flight page too.

  • Hot air balloon experiences are non-refundable once confirmed.
  • Flights are weather dependent. If conditions are unsafe, the team may reschedule or offer an alternative arrangement.

  • Full refund if cancelled more than 48 hours before departure.
  • 50% refund between 24 and 48 hours before departure.
  • No refund within 24 hours of departure or for no-shows

  • No refund within 48 hours of departure or for no-shows.
  • Hot air balloon and some third-party services may be non-refundable once confirmed.

  • A full refund will be issued if weather conditions prevent the flight.
  • A full refund will be issued if canceled more than 48 hours before departure.
  • A 50% refund will be issued if canceled between 24 and 48 hours before departure.
  • No refunds will be issued if canceled less than 24 hours before departure or in case of no-show.
  • Hot air balloon flights and certain third-party services may not be refundable after booking confirmation.

5 of the 10 flights sell more than one ticket type. The booking window lists every type with its own price, and what you pay is set by the ones you choose there.
