Privacy and cookies.
How we handle the details you send us, how a booking is processed, and what cookies appear when you use this site.
Who runs this site
Morocco Hot Air Balloons is operated by Barbaro Transport SARL, Marrakech. Public contact is WhatsApp +212 611 983 567 and contact@moroccohotairballoonrides.com. The address we print is 159 Residence Anas Majorelle, Bd Prince Moulay Abdellah, Marrakesh 45000.
What you send us
There is no contact form on this site. If you write on WhatsApp or email, you choose what to send. We use that to answer you about a flight.
Marketing emails
If you tick the optional box on the flight-ideas popup, we store your email on Adventuro's mailing list for Barbaro Transport SARL (centre 101307) so we can send sunrise flight ideas. That is not a booking, and it is not a discount code. You can ask to be removed at any time by emailing contact@moroccohotairballoonrides.com — centre staff can unsubscribe the address from the Adventuro dashboard.
Bookings
Paying for a flight, managing a booking and buying a gift voucher happen in the Adventuro booking window. Adventuro processes that booking. Find your booking is their account view, not an account on this domain.
Wind figure
The wind speed on each page is fetched from Open-Meteo for the launch-field coordinates. That request does not include your name, email or a booking reference. If it fails, the page shows a seasonal average instead.
Questions about this page: WhatsApp or contact@moroccohotairballoonrides.com . Booking terms, including cancellation, are on a separate page.
